| | If your channel banner or TiVo Live Guide says To Be Announced, try the following: |
| |  The channel banner and Live Guide will display To Be Announced if the programming provider has not provided information about a program to TiVo. If you only see the message on a few channels, the information will be added if it becomes available later. If you receive this message on all channels, continue with Step 2.

| |  Verify you have an active TiVo service account. Press the TiVo button on the remote to go to TiVo Central. Highlight Messages & Settings; then Account & System Information; then System Information. Look for the line that says "TiVo Account Status", verify that you have an active account. If you do not have an active account, please visit www.tivo.com/activate .

| | An active TiVo service account will have one of the following Service State numbers: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, or 12. |
| |  Ensure you have made a recent successful connection to the TiVo service. Press the TiVo button on the remote to go to TiVo Central. Select Messages & Settings, then Account & System Information; then System Information. Scroll down using the CHAN button until you see Service Connection. If your connection attempts have been unsuccessful, go to How Do I Connect to the TiVo Service?

| |  Your cable or satellite provider may have changed the lineups available for your area. Repeat the Lineup Setup portion of Guided Setup to select a new lineup.

| | - Go to the Channel List screen. Go to TiVo Central by pressing the TiVo button on your remote control. Select Messages & Settings; then Settings; then Channel; then Channel List.
- On the Channel List screen, press the INFO or ENTER button (as indicated on the bottom of the screen). You will be taken to the Change Channel Lineups screen.
- Press THUMBS DOWN there times and the ENTER key to proceed with that portion of Guided Setup.
- Walk through the screens to select your correct lineup.
