If you received this message, the most probable cause is that you need to update your credit card information. To do so, please see How Do I Update My Credit Card Information? | ||
If you believe you have already updated your credit card and you are still receiving this message, make sure your TiVo DVR has made a connection to the TiVo service. Please remember it takes up to 2 hours to process your account update. If you need help connecting to the TiVo service, see How Do I Connect to the TiVo Service? | ||
If you have made a connection to the TiVo service at least 2 hours after you updated your account, and you continue to receive this message, please contact TiVo Customer Support by phone. | ||
