I received a replacement Series3 or TiVo HD DVR from an exchange. What do I do?

	When your receive a replacement Series3 or TiVo HD DVR from an exchange:
	Hook up your DVR to your TV, the TiVo Service, and to any A/V equipment you may have.

	Run Guided Setup. During this process, also install the CableCARDs from your previous DVR.

	Since your CableCARDs were already activated in your previous DVR, you will be able to see analog, unencrypted and encrypted channels. You will NOT be able to see copy-protected channels yet.
	Call your cable provider and ask to have your CableCARDs paired to the new DVR. (Some providers call this "binding.") This step will allow you to view copy-protected channels.
