I accidentally shipped my remote control or cables with my DVR

We’re sorry. TiVo cannot track or return items packed with returned DVRs. When a DVR is exchanged, the malfunctioning unit is sent to one location, and the replacement DVR is shipped from a different location. 

The online exchange instructions specify that only the DVR should be shipped. The cables, remote control, and other peripherals should NOT be shipped.
