To exchange or repair your TiVo Digital Video Recorder (DVR), refer to the following information:

 
  • Contact the manufacturer of your DVR to determine if an exchange or repair is needed. For manufacturer contact information, go to TiVo Customer Support.

  • If you have a DVR manufactured by TiVo, you can find warranty information by referring to the Warranty and Specifications document.
