The TiVo Series2 DT DVR is available for purchase at The Brick, London Drugs, Best Buy, and Future Shop. TiVo is not yet available in the province of Quebec.
Can I purchase a TiVo DVR directly from TiVo?
No. Unfortunately, TiVo is not able to ship to Canadian addresses at this time.
What TiVo products are available in Canada?
At present, the Series2 DT DVR, TiVo Wireless Adapter, and the TiVo service are available in Canada.
As Canadian cable companies are not required to provide CableCARDs to their customers, the TiVo Series3 and TiVo HD DVRs are not currently available to Canadian customers.
How much does the TiVo Service cost?

Is the TiVo service available in French?
No. The TiVo service is currently available only in English.
What features does the TiVo service offer?
The TiVo service includes features such as Smart Scheduling, Season Pass, Wishlist search, Online Scheduling, and Kidzone. A broadband connected TiVo DVR has access to even more exclusive TiVo features including Multi-Room Viewing, TiVoToGo, and more.
Due to licensing issues, TiVo is currently unable to offer the following features in Canada: Amazon Unbox, Rhapsody, Y! Weather, Y! Traffic, CBS Fantasy Football, and Browse Movies & Buy Tickets.
Can I participate in the TiVo Rewards program?
No. At this time, Canadian customers are ineligible to participate in the TiVo Rewards program.
Am I eligible for a TiVo Rebate?
No. At this time, Canadian customers are ineligible for TiVo manufacturer rebate offers.
