Activating my TiVo Service

NOTE: If you purchased a TiVo Package Payment Plan, your DVR will arrive to you pre-activated. If you receive your TiVo Package DVR and it is not activated, continue to enjoy your TiVo DVR; your service will be activated within 48 hours of shipment.
We recommend that you activate your TiVo service as the first step of the installation process. Please visit the TiVo Service Agreement to review our terms of service before activating your TiVo DVR.
You can activate your TiVo DVR at www.tivo.com/activate or add this DVR to your existing customer account at www.tivo.com/manage. If you are unable to activate using Manage My Account, contact TiVo Customer Support. Please have your 15-digit TiVo Service number ready.
