Wouldn´t be without one
Everyone in my family had one and told me I should get one. Finally I gave in. Could not believe how easy it was to install, the best directions ever! It is the only way to record and watch TV. I can tape shows while I am at work, set Season Passes so I don´t have to set a tape weekly, and pause when I am watching TV live. I just purchased my second one, a TiVo HD and moved the other one in my other room. If you don´t have it, get it!

TiVo is best by far
I had TiVo prior to HD and when I went to HD I began using the cable company DVR. I felt lost with it. It just doesn´t compare with TiVo. So I now have TiVo HD with a 1TB expander and I would be lost without it. I have also signed up for Netflix which allowed me to have video on demand and I absolutely love it. TiVo is definitely the best system going.

Dumped DTV for TiVo
I am saving $80 dollars a month and TiVo has more features than DirectTV including YouTube and online scheduling! The HD picture is hands down better than DirecTV HD! Very happy customer!

We live in a fairly rural area of MD and when my cable guy came out to install the decoder card he said he didn´t do this too often, last one being a year ago. He installed the card but neglected to go thru all the steps to finish the installation. He said it would take a while to "load". After a couple hours the screen was still the same. I went to TiVo.com and was able to figure out how to do it with ease. Not bad for a 63 year old grandmother! Thanks for the clear, understandable directions!

I´ve enjoyed my TiVo for the last two years on basic cable. Suddenly, my cable provider started to remove some of my stations, forcing me to get a digital box. I lost my ability to TiVo. The installer said TiVo would not work with the digital box. He left, I immediately called TiVo Support, not once, but twice the same day with two different questions. With their knowledge and your TiVo help videos, I had my TiVo back the next day. Thank you.
