I bought my first TiVo receiver way back in 2000 and then continued to purchase three more for all the televisions in the house. My husband, who is a bit electronics challenged, easily caught on as well. And then suddenly the most wonderful relationship was broken up. My TiVo no longer works with my HD television which is on a satellite network. When will this nightmare be over? We love TiVo. We are addicted to TiVo and we want it back

I just LOVE my TiVo! When it says it´s easy, believe it! I have all our favorite shows at my fingertips. One of the best gadgets I´ve ever bought. Sad news for me is that we just switched to DirectTV to cut our cable cost, but our Series3 doesn´t work with it. Good news for our son is that he´ll be getting the TiVo.

I have had my TiVo for almost 3 years and love it!!! It does everything for me that I could ever ask for, compared to my cable company DVR, which is no comparison to my TiVo. =) It always records my shows on time and reminds me of when I have any messages, or if my cable lineup has changed. I would definitely give up my iPod before I would my TiVo!!!! I love how I can pause live TV and go get a bite to eat and come back and resume it and not miss anything. =) Thanks TiVo!!!!!

I have had my TiVo for 9 years and love it! No matter what the cable companies come up with for recording devices, it is still not as smart as TiVo! Their "smart" DVRs have nothing on the search and wishlist features as well as the way my recordings are updated when the show´s time or day changes. As TiVo has enhanced over the years, it only makes me love it more! Thank you TiVo!

My wife and I moved to a new town, and the cable comp. offered a DVR package. I figured, "Why not try it out?" It was the worst mistake EVER! After 2 weeks of putting up with poorly designed interfaces and second-rate functionality, I went and bought me a brand new TiVo HD to celebrate my homecoming to TiVo. The best thing is that it works with my cable company´s CableCard so I don´t have to give up those great channels I´ve gotten used to over the past few weeks. Thanks TiVo!!

Can you buffer 30 minutes on other DVRs....NO.... Do other DVRs have cool sounds like TiVo... NO WAY!!!! The interface is soooo much better than any other TV provider, it´s like a Mac vs PC... I love my TiVo!
