I had two TiVo DVRs and loved the TiVo experience. Then, the Big Bad Wolf (Time Warner) came to town and I was led astray. I was so foolish! The impostor is a poor imitation of TiVo´s capabilities. Now I am going back to a TiVo DVR which allows me to record two shows at the same time and get back where I belong! TiVo rules and the NetFlix feature is great!

I have been a loyal TiVo customer for 5 years. I recently was lured to the dark side by my cable company. They talked me into one of their DVRs. The menus were almost impossible to navigate. Within two weeks I had my TiVo reconnected and I will never be tempted to switch again.

I would like to start out by saying I think your product and service are the best! I was thinking about going with my local cable company DVR service ($2.00 cheaper). While a service tech was in my home regarding one of my cable boxes I asked him what he thought, his response was "The TiVo box is the smartest DVR out there, none other can compare." I decide to take his advice.

This Christmas marks my 2nd anniversary with Tivo and what I love most about TiVo happened during the recent election - I recorded many political pundits (added to my faves so it was done automatically) and watched to my hearts content.

The cable companies would like to think that they offer what TiVo has, but they don´t even come close. While I used to desperately search for the correct button to push on the cable remote, or squint at the tiny menu, then down at my remote to once again find the correct button to navigate, I now have both a visual feast and and a smooth journey as I navigate the TiVo menu.
