I have two TiVo HDs and I wouldn´t trade my TiVos for any other DVR. I never miss my favorite shows or movies. TiVo Search Beta is the best search yet. Thank you TiVo team as for the past four years I have not stopped touting the amazing qualities of TiVo!

When changing to a new HD TV and one cable company to another . I was talked into taking the DVR that was offered by the new cable company (COX). I had saved money by getting a combination of the Cable, Phone, and Internet. The only problem was that the Cable companies DVR was nowhere near as user friendly as the TIVO. There is nothing out there that can beat TiVo.... The ease, the options and even the colorfulness.

I have had DirecTV-TiVo units ever since their inception and TiVo is the best DVR there is! I love it! Once you go TiVo, you can´t use any other. I can´t wait for the new DirecTV-TiVo HD-DVR to be released!

We enjoyed our TiVo Series2 and then recently got our cable upgraded to HD. We THOUGHT we would try the cable company´s DVR instead of TiVo. Within one month we were pulling our hair out and wishing we never changed. Well we are back with TiVo in HD and our home is happy again.

About 2 years ago I was introduced to TiVo, and true at first I was extremely skeptical. Now fast forward to today... TiVo has freed my family from TV. We can go and do all the things a family does and when we get home we still don´t watch TV we watch TIVO!!!

Many of our friends have DVR´s, but they are NOWHERE close to the enjoyment we get from our TiVo service!!

I have both the TiVo DirectTV DVR and the DirecTV version HD-DVR and it is my opinion that the TiVo version is far superior in user friendliness and operation.

I can go between the 2 tuners of live TV just by clicking one button and the DVR saves the last 30 minutes of each live program. It is totally user friendly whereas the DirecTV model leaves a lot to be desired.
As soon as TiVo comes out with the new HD DirecTV model, I will be one of the first to get one.
