Monthly service details

  • 1 year commitment to the TiVo service required after which your service plan will continue at the then-current monthly service plan rate.
  • Early termination fee equal to the lesser of $155.40 or the remaining amount owed under your subscription committment. Applies if canceled prior to commitment end date, except as permitted by 30 day Money Back Guarantee.
  • Money Back Guarantee applies only to initial activations if canceled within 30 days and box is returned for a full refund.
  • After 1 year commitment, your service plan will continue at the then-current monthly service plan rate.
  • Subject to full terms and conditions for TiVo Payment Plans.
  • The TiVo box will not work without a paid subscription to the TiVo service.
  • If you cancel within 30 days of activation (which is typically the date your order ships), you will receive a full refund if you return the box within 15 days of cancellation. The shipping charge for the return is at your expense. If you do not return the box, you will be charged a "Non-returned Equipment Fee" equal to the MSRP of the box.

Annual service details

  • Includes 1 year of TiVo® service prepaid.
  • No refunds for cancellations, except as permitted under 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Money Back Guarantee applies to initial activations if canceled within 30 days and box is returned for a full refund and to renewals if annual service plan is cancelled within 30 days after renewal date.
  • Your annual service plan will renew automatically each year. You will be notified prior to renewal and your service plan will renew at the then current annual service rate.
  • Subject to full terms and conditions for TiVo Payment Plans.
  • The TiVo box will not work without a paid subscription to the TiVo service.

3-year service details

  • Includes 3 years of TiVo® service prepaid.
  • No refunds for cancellations, except as permitted under 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Money Back Guarantee applies only to initial activations if canceled within 30 days and box is returned for a full refund and to renewals if your service plan is cancelled within 30 days after renewal date.
  • At the end of your prepaid service, your plan will automatically renew at the then current annual service rate. You will be notified prior to your renewal.
  • Subject to full terms and conditions for TiVo Payment Plans.
  • Not Eligible for Multi-Service Discount.
  • The TiVo box will not work without a paid subscription to the TiVo service.

Product lifetime details

  • Includes a "Product Lifetime Subscription" to the TiVo service which covers the life of the TiVo box you buy—not the life of the subscriber. The Product Lifetime Subscription accompanies the TiVo box in case of ownership transfer of the TiVo box.
  • No refunds for cancellations, except as permitted under 30 day Money Back Guarantee. Money Back Guarantee applies only to initial activations if canceled within 30 days and DVR is returned for a full refund.
  • The TiVo box will not work without a paid subscription to the TiVo service.
