TiVo pays its affiliates a fixed commission for each qualified TiVo® DVR unit ordered by a tracked referral. Rates vary by the type of DVR ordered. For the most current rates paid for each unit, please see the TiVo Affiliate Program description in Commission Junction or contact affiliates@tivo.com

TiVo does not accept affiliates who buy keywords or phrases in any search engine containing TiVo brand-specific or trademark terms. TiVo has the right to terminate the partnership if TiVo determines that the affiliate is in violation of this requirement either in practice or spirit.

At this time, TiVo is only accepting affiliates that maintain their own website and independent domain and reside in the United States. Proof of ownership and/or representation of the site(s) may be required to be accepted to the program. TiVo reserves the right to reject affiliate sites with objectionable content in its sole discretion. TiVo affiliates may not accept TiVo Rewards points for referrals made through websites participating in the TiVo Affiliate Program.

Affiliates must also agree to the Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement and Code of Conduct, and remain in good standing in the network.
