Affiliate program terms & conditions

TiVo pays its affiliates on a tiered structure based on number of monthly box + subscription plans generated. The current program terms are as follows:

• $20/order (1-19 orders generated per month)
• $25/order (20-49 orders generated per month)
• $30/order (50+ orders generated per month)

TiVo does not accept affiliates who buy "TiVo" as a keyword on search engines such as Google or Yahoo!. TiVo has the right to terminate the partnership if TiVo determines that the affiliate is in violation of this requirement.

At this time, TiVo is only accepting affiliates that maintain their own website and reside in the United States. TiVo reserves the right to reject affiliate sites with objectionable content at its full discretion. TiVo affiliates may not accept TiVo Rewards points for referrals made through websites participating in the TiVo Affiliate Program.
